Assessment and Reporting
Pupil progress is monitored continually throughout the year and this information is available online to parents.
All students are given performance grades and attitude to learning levels. This information, together with results from internal examinations, is used to monitor progress and identify any student who is not reaching their full potential.
Students also have target grades set with their subject tutors. These are reviewed during mentoring sessions with form tutors: agreeing areas in which they can improve and giving them specific aims and targets.
