Dear Student,

Firstly we hope that you have been keeping well and that you have managed to keep yourself busy over the last few months. We are writing to you because you currently hold a conditional offer of a place in the Sixth Form at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School for this coming September.

This offer was communicated to you through Kent Choices . If you have forgotten your login details please follow the instructions on the website. Most candidates in this position have accepted their offers, but if you have not done so, it would help us greatly were you to do so.

Equally if you have subsequently decided not to take up your place in the Sith Form, please let us know using the following email address:

Whilst we are unable to hold our normal induction, we have set up a Stepping Up To A Level section on this website where you will find Summer tasks for each of the A level subject we offer. It is recommended that you work your way through some of the tasks for each of the subjects you wish to study and that you provide evidence of having done so when joining the school in September.

3. Please endeavour to complete the above response by 3.30pm on Friday 21st August - however if you are away from home and unable to do so, please complete the process as soon as you are able.

Following the receipt of your email, a member of the 6th Form Team will review your results and your application. If there is an issue or any questions regarding your application, a member of the team will contact you by phone or by email. If there are no questions to be followed up, then we will send you an enrolment pack with joining instructions through the post, using the address provided on your application.
